We collect your email address when you subscribe to a paid plan.
We collect information you enter into the app tools (diagnosis,
region, IEP text) solely to generate your requested output. This
information is not stored permanently on our servers.

How we use your information:
– To provide access to the app and manage your subscription
– To send you login links and subscription-related emails
– To improve the app based on usage patterns (aggregate, anonymous)

We do not sell your information to any third party.

Payment processing:
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card
details. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

AI processing:
Text you enter into the app is processed by Anthropic’s Claude AI.
Please do not enter your child’s full legal name or sensitive
identifying information. Anthropic’s privacy policy is available
at anthropic.com/privacy.

Your rights:
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by
